Cancellation Policy:

  • Advance Notice: Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows the salon sufficient time to fill the appointment slot with another client.

  • Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees are 50% of booked service. The fee will help compensate for the lost business and time of the stylist.

  • Late Arrival Policy: If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, their appointment may be canceled, and the cancellation fee may apply.

  • Exceptions: Emergencies, illness, or unforeseen circumstances - In such cases, clients may not be subject to the cancellation fee but may be encouraged to reschedule their appointment as soon as possible.

  • Communication Channels: Clients may cancel their appointment by directly contacting stylist or by email to info@asiarane.com

  • Confirmation Reminders: All clients must have accurate information in the booking system to successfully receive appointment reminders.

Refund Policy:

At Asia Rane Salon and Spa, we strive to provide exceptional services and customer satisfaction. We understand that situations may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Services: If you are dissatisfied with a service you received at our salon, please notify us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will schedule a consultation to assess your concerns and determine the appropriate course of act6ion.  In the event that we determine the service did not meet your expectations, we may offer one of the following options:

a.      A complimentary redo of the service by the same stylist.

b.      A credit towards a future service of equal or lesser value.

Clients must schedule and complete the redo service within two weeks from the date the redo services is granted.

  • Product-Based Refunds:

    If you are not satisfied with a retail product purchased from our salon, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date with proof of purchase.

1.      The product must be in its original condition and packaging, and at least 75% full, to be eligible for a refund.

2.      Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Special Circumstances:

In certain unforeseen circumstances or extenuating situations, the salon management may consider exceptions to our standard refund policy. Decisions regarding refunds in these cases will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the specific circumstances, and ensuring fairness to both the client and the salon.

Please note:

  • Refunds or redos may not be available for services or products that were significantly altered or modified by the client after leaving the salon.
